Superfood Dessert!

Mila Fruit Parfait

Chocolate Mila Pudding

 2 tablespoons Mila

1 cup almond, coconut or rice milk

½ tablespoon raw cacao

½ tablespoon coconut sugar

¼ tablepoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Mila Pudding

 2 tablespoons Mila

1 cup almond, coconut or rice milk

½ tablespoon coconut sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract


Fresh strawberries and blueberries

Mint sprig


First make the chocolate and vanilla Mila puddings.  Mix all ingredients and stir well.  Set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.  The mixture will be very “pudding” like.  You can eat this as is!

For parfait assembly, use a martini glass or something similar.  Start with fruit on the bottom, then a layer of vanilla, then more fruit, then a layer of chocolate.  Continue until glass is full, top with some fruit and a pretty sprig of mint.  It’s pretty served as a dessert at a party and kids LOVE it!  No one will even guess they are eating an amazingly healthy superfood!
