Cheesy Kale Chips

These Kale Chips are the best I’ve tried. The nutritional yeast gives them a tangy cheese flavor!

Cheesy Kale Chips

2 bunches curly kale
1 cup cashews, soaked for several hours
1 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 to 2 teaspoon sea salt

Wash, dry, and de-stem the kale, tearing into bite-sized pieces.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed. In a large bowl, toss the mixture with kale pieces.  Spread onto dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8 to 12 hours.
